5.1 Vercel and Vercel Blob (Vercel Inc.)
We host the Site on Vercel. We use Vercel Blob to store photos you optionally upload with a quote request, and for other Site-related files and infrastructure.

5.2 Resend
We use Resend to deliver transactional emails relating to quote requests and follow-ups.

5.3 Google (Gmail / Google Workspace)
We use Google Gmail / Workspace for internal communications and may use it to manage incoming quote inquiries.

5.4 Google Places / Maps Platform (APIs)
We use Google's Places / Maps-related APIs on our servers to retrieve public business information and public review content we may display on the Site (for example, ratings and review text made available by Google for our business listing). This processing does not create a Google account for you and does not require you to sign in to Google on our Site.

- Email communications: Retained for up to 3 years for business record purposes.
